It should be due to routing problem. Try:

1) Stop FirstSpot. Start "Routing and Remote Access" manually in Windows Services console. Note that whether there is any error. (Stop the service afterward before you restart FirstSpot again)

2) Did you turn off NAT? Note that you need to setup return path correctly in the router in the next hop. Refer to firstspot_guide.pdf for details.

I actually mean NAT within FirstSpot. Anyway, if you haven't touch it, it should be fine.

Since you can see the login page, the DNS server should be fine. Note that it does not mean the routing is working as FirstSpot will redirect your initial request. Only after you succussfully login does the actual routing happens.

More things to try:
1) Make sure the FirstSpot machine can still access the Internet after you start FirstSpot successfully. Sometimes the routing rules change after you start FirstSpot and it will create confusion in the system.
2) try to post the result of the following command (run in the client side):

ping apple.com
ipconfig/all

If you have still have issues, zip us all the log files under FirstSpot\log and send it to firstspot@patronsoft.com
