Timbuktu Pro will not passthrough FirstSpot

I am using Timbukto Pro by Netopia to access the pc at my home office. I cant seem to get it to connect when I am accessing throught the FirstSpot server as a client. Timbuktu uses the folling ports - 407 and 1417 - 1420.

Is NAT-traversal supported by your VPN server and client?

If not, you can consider turning off the NAT at FirstSpot's public interface; an option available at Advanced Edition.

I assume you've logged-in to FirstSpot by using a brower to authenticate before using your remote access client?

Have you tried to remove FirstSpot and see if the remote access is successful?

You may also want to try disable the NAT of FirstSpot if your software is sensitive to NAT.
