hi..
when i was evaluating the software.. initially i tried to add a new user all went fine... after sometime.. when i would add a new user it would not save.. is it something with the demo.. bug in the software or my system or something like that

What is your exact error and symptom? Note that you need to click save after you add user in Configuration Manager.
