Test Mode

World Pay completes the transaction in test mode and indicates that the transaction was successful.

World Pay issues a transaction ID.

The database and transaction report still indicates that the payment status is "unknown yet"

I would like to know 1. is this is normal for test mode?

Have you tried the WorldPay setting under the credit card tab (inside Configuration Manager). There's a 'testing mode' setting where you can configure how FirstSpot treat the incoming status update of WorldPay during test mode.

I have changed the publicly accessible URL to my URL:5789 and have opened a port for 5789 on the router.

You might want to try out our next release version 3.1.2 which will improve the support on worldpay.

Instead of Upgrading to the new version and going through the proceedure of unistalling, reinstalling and reconfiguration... Can i just change or update the relevant php files.

I am on trial version 3.1.1

I downloaded the trial version again to see if I can get un updated wpay_callback.php....

I seems to be the same file.

Can I have just the neccessary changes so that my world pay callback features work ?

Everything works fine now except for World Pay call back
