Re-Authenticate Question

1. login with username and password OK
2. browse internet OK
3. logout in browser OK Message "logout successful"
3. hit refresh button and reauthenticate page comes up asking to re-athenticate username and password.
4. enter user name and password as above in 1.
Message "Logout failed, Please try again."

The username and password is correct...Is it a cookie or time issue to relogin?

In step 3, are you using Instant Keyword "logout"?

In that case, in step 4, you are just refreshing the logout page. Instead, you should type a valid URL (e.g. yahoo.com) bring up the login page, then proceed to login.
