| hi, my 2003 domain crashed when i installed firstspot, now everything is down. does anyone had this problem before or at least can provide me with a solution plzzzzzzzzzz. thank you. |

Do you see the Windows blue screen?
Try to rename the file firsthop.sys under \windows\system32\drivers and then restart Windows.
