Ticket-based access?

I've got a hotel that I reciently placed Linksys access points throughout to allow my guests free wireless access. But want to ensure that ONLY my guests in the hotel are getting on for free. If someone else were to come in and want to sit and user the access that wasn't staying at the hotel, I would like to keep track of billing for those few people, but for the guests I was thinking more along the line of a unique printed ticket being handed to each of our guests as they check in that expires so many days later.

Can this software provide this for me?
