Radius Authentication

Dears Sirs.

I'm testing FirstSpot for one Large Organization that is our client.
We know that some features that we need is not supported by the product yet, such as packet tags for VLANS and routing restrictions based on Radius messages.

For now our questions are:

On page status we can't see users online. (Radius issue?)

We have one domain for users that are hotel customers for example. So we need to develop pages for signup and automaticaly creates users on that domain. Data colected on signup pages, also, should be inserted on CRM database. Can we develop this pages?

Since RADIUS is primarily an authentication protocol, you have to interface your RADIUS server directly to view the login status.

Also, you can definitely create page for self sign-up and collecting information. Note that you need to talk to RADIUS server directly for this as well.
