Client-Computers==Router==Bridge==FirstSpot==Adsl==Internet

If i put the MAC address of the router into FirstSpot's Client Pass-Through, will all clients connected to the router be able to use the connection login free? And if they can, will the global throtteling throttle the total bandwidth used through the router or will is still be per user on the client side of the router?

Thanks

Case 1. If you use MAC-based session handling, FirstSpot will see all client computers behind the router in your drawing as a single one, throttling will be applied to them as a single entity; whether or not the router is doing NAT.

Case 2. If you use IP-based session handling and the router doesn't apply any NAT; FirstSpot will treat each computer separately.

Case 3. If you use IP-based session handling and the router is doing NAT => same as case 1.
