Logout - instant keywords not working

Hi there

Logging out using instant keywords is not working although we are using FirstSpot's built-in DNS server for domain name resolving. Why is this?

Also is there a way off logging off automatically when all browser windows are closed?

Please check out http://www.patronsoft.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=22 . Post us the nslookup debug output if you still have problem.

No, FirstSpot won't be able to know the fact that the client PC closes all the browsers. Also, the client may be using other applications like IM or Outlook. So either the client logout explicitly or he has to wait for FirstSpot idle timeout mechanism to trigger.
