Currently, the computer we have running FirstSpot is unable to view briarwoodmotorinn.com, the website of our prospective client. All other pages are viewable, and bmi.com can be viewed from any other computer. Any thoughts on what could cause this?

Can you elaborate more? Is briarwoodmotorinn.com in the exception free web site? Can you access it after logging in? Is is an HTTPS site? Was it working before?

BMI.com is in the exception free list, is not an https site, and was working before. In fact, it still works on all computers not on the network of FirstSpot. The issue isn't just on client computers though, because the computer actually running first spot is experienceing the issue. FirstSpot technically *shouldn't* be an issue, but it's the only wildcard we can find.

Remove briarwoodmotorinn.com from your Exception Free Website list, and then restart FirstSpot.

Then try to access briarwoodmotorinn.com from the client and FirstSpot again. Tell us the result.

We located the problem (kind of) and it wasn't FirstSpot. Thanks to those who tried to lend a hand, it is apreciated!
