|
|
I've installed 3.1.4 over the weekend and everything works fine except Paypal redirection when a new user creates his own account.
This happens on the page displaying:
"You will be redirected to PayPal to finish the transaction shortly.
Or you can click on the Sumit button to proceed."
The redirection fails with the error message:
"The connection to www.paypal.com has terminated unexpectedly. Some data may have been transferred."
I have added additional free domain names and IP addresses as suggested in other posts on this forum, including:
paypal.com
paypalobjects.com
155.136.68.77
61.49.22.31
216.113.188.54
216.113.188.86
61.49.22.31
218.25.253.238
216.113.188.34
64.4.241.62
65.205.249.60
If I assign Airtime to a user from the Configuration tool, it does not give the error message anymore and Paypal redirection works.
Any suggestions? |

Version 3.1.4 should work fine with paypal by default (without any changes to the exception free websites), we have tested it in our lab.
You should use the subdomain www.paypal.com and www.paypalobjects.com. This is included in the AllowedHostsKeywords.txt file by default.
Use "nslookup" in the comand prompt to get the ip addesses of those.
Also, clear the cache of the browser and try again.
Please post you AllowedHostsIps.txt and AllowedHostsKeywords.txt if your still have problem.
remember to restart Firstspot after you make the change. _________________ ~ Patronsoft Limited ~ |
