Dispatcher Service Error and Stop

Hi i buy standard lisence v.3.1.2 to my customer about 3 months ago.
Now the problem is the Dispatcher Service is Error and must restart to correct problem.

Pls give me some advice to resolve this problem.

This is error from event viewer (WinXP Pro SP2)

Please try to reinstall FirstSpot.

If you still have issues, pleoase post your firstspot_gw_srv_[timestamp].log and error.log file under FirstSpot\log subdirectory.
