First Spot Locking up

When the library first acquired the Firstspot software we didn't have problems with the interface locking up. Recently once a week the system when accessed from another computer trying to login and add a new user will freeze up. The only remedy to the problem is to stop and restart the service that is located on the main server or restart the whole wireless server itself. Could there be any reasons to why we are having this problem? Any help or suggestions you can give will be greatly appreciated.

Did you install an Windows update recently? Or did you change FirstSpot?

There must be some changes that trigger the problem. Please recall the machine changes in the last week or so.
