Can access only some websites

Hello,
I have installed the trial version of firstspot 3.14 trial
and now i have the problem, that users logging in (sample/password)
cannot acces all websites.
Some websites arent working, the same problem I have by accesing
the internet with the server, where i installed firstspot.

It seems to be a NIC problem, i just tried several cards, but is still doesnt work.

I detcted the problem,
the DNS od the router doesnt work at the connected clients...
you can ping and access the router, but dns doesnt work, when disconnecting the hotspotserver and restarting the router, the dns of the router works.
Connectind the hotspotserver, the dns of the router for the clients connected doesnt work.

Note the all client PC should use FirstSpot DNS server instead (FirstSpot DHCP server will hand out the correct IP settings to the client PC). Can you elaborate more on your setup?

The problem is solved!

I use instead of the DNS of the router the DNS of the provider!
All works fine know
