User authentication query

At first glance, it looks as if you can either authenticate users using the internal database or by RADIUS. It doesn't seem to support both at the same time.

What I want to do is:

1. Allow visitors to have access through pre-generated accounts (presumably these would be stored in the internal database).

2. Allow staff from other offices to access the system using their Windows credentials. These would be validated against RADIUS.

Can I achieve this? If so, what do I need to do?
