Post subject: users time not getting credited after a completed charge

Please help. My users are being charged(which can be confirmed by paypal and the paypal_txn.log), but the users are not getting credited for a plan. The log says they are being credited, but they have no available minutes. Please reply asap.

How's your 'Plan B' defined?

If you have purchased our maintenance contract, please send us the details to support@patronsoft.com.

I suppose you're doing final testing before your real deployment, given the log information? Did you experience similar problems before? Or have you tried that part at all before?

The SQL Fetches errors are unrelated to your issue.

We are still investigating your case...

To isolate the problem, please define a plan with, say, 100 minutes; without other limitations. Then, try to pay for the plan and see it would get credited correctly to the user account.

I have tried all different types of plans with no resolve. The users account is never credited no matter what type of account. Please help? I am having to manually credit accounts. I think the problem is related to a failure in the IPN php page. Can you send me an updated IPN php page? please help.....

Apologize for being a bit slow as it is holiday here. Will do more investigation as soon as possible.

We are making progress on this problem. Most likely we will have a fix in this week.

Again, apologize for the issue.
