Invalid license key file. after getting Lic.key

Hello we just bought a License from you all today and sented out an Email with my mac address. Then got an Email back for you all with my new License key. so when i put it in the folder it asks for and then start up firstspot i get this error each time "Invalid license key file."

I just want to know if i did something worng here and i checked the mac address over and over again. it just alittle upsetting that's all hope to hear from you all soon thank you

I double-check your license key and it looks correct. Please make sure:

1) The MAC you supplied is for the Private Network Interface (i.e. network card that connects to the hotspot side)

2) Your MAC is not spoofed (i.e. original hardware MAC address)

3) You are using v5.
