I'm testing FirstSpot with a wireless switch which can support external hotspot (captive portal) redirection. To configure the redirection, it needs:

1. Login page URL;
2. Welcom page URL;
3. Fail page URL.

What should I put in those fields?

I don't think FirstSpot needs those fields.

For FirstSpot to work, you simply need to put FirstSpot in the outgoing path of the client PC. See http://patronsoft.com/firstspot/topologies.html for a typical network setup.
